Clients call upon us as their outside General Counsel for legal and business advice–to prevent and to resolve legal problems.  The Executive General Counsel Plan provides the full array of legal services that a business may need at an affordable hourly or flat rate–4 hour minimum commitment. 

Whether you choose onsite or virtual assistance, you can choose an array of services include:

  • Business formation, including entity selection
  • Purchase and sale of businesses and business real estate
  • Contract drafting, review and negotiations
  • Corporate protocols (minutes, notices, etc.)
  • Protecting trade secrets and confidential information
  • Human resource and employment related issues
  • Licensing, regulatory and legal compliance matters
  • Intellectual Property Registration and Protection
For business owners that are a bit too small to take advantage of our Executive General Counsel Plan which is billed on an hourly basis, we provide a smaller package, The Legally Chic 360 Plan, which is a monthly retainer that range from as low as $400.00 to $2,500 per month for our most complete package.  The range in services depends upon the type and extent of the client’s legal needs as agreed pursuant to Legal Retainer Agreement and remittance.

The Legally Chic 360 Plan may include the following services:

  • Business formation, including entity selection
  • Corporate and business governance and compliance assessment
  • Contract review with feedback (3 per month –15 pages or less)
  • Business protection planning and strategy
  • Intellectual property issues (trademark, copyright & trade secrets)
  • Risk management consultation and advice
  • Company forms and handbook reviews
  • Licensing, regulatory and legal compliance matters
  • Intellectual Property Protection

Lastly, for the new start-up business owner, Legally Chic Offers the Virtual Legal Mentoring Plan wherein we offer email support, monthly compliance assessment and 1 contract review with feedback per month. The fee for this service begins at $199.00 per month–minimum 3 month commitment.
